What Is It?
A thread brow lift is a non-surgical lifting method in which special suspension threads placed under the skin carry the tissue of the brow area upward and hold it there. The barbed structure along the threads grips the tissue, so the lifting effect appears during the procedure itself.
With age the forehead skin slackens, the tail of the brow descends and the eye area takes on a more tired expression. This method does not change the brow itself; it repositions the tissue that carries it. There is a second effect as well: over time the threads provoke a collagen response around them, which lends the tissue some additional support.
How Is It Done?
Treatment begins with facial analysis. Brow height, the difference between the two sides, forehead structure and any excess skin on the upper eyelid are assessed. This distinction matters: if the complaint comes mainly from upper eyelid skin, a thread lift will not meet the expectation, and that is stated at the outset.
The target brow height is drawn and marked. Under local anaesthesia, threads are introduced through entry points into the subcutaneous plane and the tissue is carried upward and secured. At the end, symmetry is checked both at rest and while raising the brows. The procedure averages 45-60 minutes.
Who Is It For?
Suitable for people whose brow tails have descended, whose eye area looks tired, who have mild to moderate slackness in the forehead, and who do not want surgery. Preserved skin elasticity directly affects the quality of the result.
It will not meet expectations where there is pronounced excess skin on the upper eyelid or advanced forehead descent; surgical assessment is advised in that case. It is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active infection at the site, or in bleeding disorders, uncontrolled autoimmune disease, a history of keloid and known allergy to the thread material.

Review
A review is carried out at the end of the first month. Symmetry and brow height are assessed by photographic comparison.
